Shipping Policy

BelPatra dispatches orders nationwide across India using leading courier partners (Shiprocket, Delhivery, Blue Dart).

1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard express shipping takes 3-5 business days depending on delivery pincode.

2. Shipping Charges

Orders totaling ₹999 or more qualify for FREE Shipping. Orders below ₹999 incur a flat nominal shipping fee of ₹99.

3. Manual AWB Tracking

Once your package is handed to the courier partner, an AWB / Tracking ID is assigned and visible on your account portal and public order tracking page.
