Refund & Return Policy

At BelPatra, customer satisfaction and product integrity are our utmost priorities.

1. Return Window

If you receive a damaged, unsealed, or incorrect product, you may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery by contacting care@belpatra.com with your Order Number and photos of the unboxing.

2. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be credited back to the original Razorpay payment method within 5-7 business days.
